Procedure:

1. Put the 3 card strips in to the pan.
   
2. Add the crushed foil in the pan, and use the card strips to stabilize the movement of the foil.
   
3. Add a splash of petrol gas in the foil.
4. After mixing it all, grab your cellphone and call someone.
5. This may takes a lot of calls but eventually it will produce flame.
